Team Finesse was in full force this weekend at the St. Anthony’s Feast! Dubbed the “Feast of all Feasts!” by National Geographic magazine, the St. Anthony’s Feast has become the largest Italian Festival in New England. Every August residents and businesses of Boston’s North End invite you to celebrate with them as they honor their patron saints with exciting parades, live entertainment, and of course, tasty Italian foods!
Finesse Hospitality Services was proud to represent one of our longest-standing clients, Filippo Berio as Brand Ambassadors. This was our 5th straight year blending in seamlessly while making a lasting impression with those we served. From Thursday until the closing ceremonies on Sunday, Finesse was right in the thick of the action at the Culinary Pavilion which was located near the main stage. Our Brand Ambassadors had so much fun interacting with festival-goers while handing out delicious free samples, and talking about the many ways to enjoy Filippo Berio Olive Oils. This year we also had our Servers and Bartenders on hand to provide beer, wine, and cordials from Fabrizia Spirits and Stella Artois.
Boston’s North End is always exciting to visit but this neighborhood truly comes alive for its Feasts. Many blocks are restricted for cars making the narrow streets lined with vendors and a buzz with revelers. As dusk becomes night, the festive lights and music make it one giant black party. You could feel the excitement with everyone having so much fun sampling olive oil, cannoli, arancini, zeppole, pizza, pasta, and gelato, enjoying drinks, listening to the strolling singers, and dancing in the street to the live entertainment. The highlight for many was the grand procession of the Statue of St. Anthony through the streets of the North End on Sunday.
As Ambassadors to Boston, Finesse Hospitality Services is proud to be a part of this long-standing event and honored to represent the wonderful people and quality products of Filippo Berio. Our team was truly in their element and we are very much looking forward to seeing everyone again next year!
